Christians Should Never Vote For A Pro-Abortion Candidate

I came across this article at airo today and would like to share it with you.

Voting for pro-choice candidates, or pro-abortion candidates such as Barack Obama, should never even be an option for the born again believer.  In fact, I believe it is sin to do so.  How great a sin depends upon how informed one is in making the decision to vote for the pro-choice candidate (which will be referred to as a pro-abortion candidate for the remainder of the article).
Let it be known – there is no economic circumstance, no promise of wealth or health, no desire for justice, no racial propensity, or any other personal situation or desired future that warrants or excuses a vote for pro-abortion candidates.  Voting for these issues at the expense of the sanctity of life is nothing short of self-serving and antithetical to the Bible’s call to love others with the sacrificial love of Christ.
To borrow from a quote I used in the article Pro-Choice to Pro-Life – Lives Changed!,
To not understand is ignorance.  To willingly refuse to understand is arrogance.
Indeed, which is why it is important for you to continue reading.  If you are a professing believer who considers voting for pro-abortion candidates, this article is especially for you.  I write this in love and in hopes you would prayerfully consider the information provided that you would no longer be ignorant on the matter of abortion.  I pray this information cuts deep, and that you would not proudly refuse to understand and continue in willful disobedience against the clear directives in the Word of God to protect innocent life....Continue reading.
End quote.
I contend that voting for a politician that is pro-abortion on any level is voting pro-abortion. There is zero middle ground on the murder of babies, no matter how you try to justify it.  We cannot validate a life or justify the removal of some based on circumstance ("health" issues) or frequency ("less is better than a lot").
If your political candidate is for abortion even in "only certain circumstances" (aka Circumstantial Abortion), then reject him. Its not worth compromising lives, truth, and integrity for the sake of a supposed tax break or whatever you tell yourself to justify voting for the "lesser" evil. In fact, it is sin.
