Definition of Insane

Why is the US government giving companies who proved they couldn't wisely deal with money, MORE MONEY, and then get upset that [shock!] the CEO's aren't spending it wisely? This is the way many Americans parent too, by the way. Forget saying no, forget consequences for bad behavior, indulge the irresponsible, hoping it will make everyone happy. It in fact, makes everyone miserable.
